The apple diet is a delicious, easy and inexpensive body shaping option that is available regardless of the season. The main ingredient of the diet contains dietary fiber (pectin), B vitamins, potassium, iron and other useful substances.
But despite the rich vitamin and mineral composition of the fruit, the apple diet for weight loss should be used carefully, since this method of removing extra pounds has many contraindications and disadvantages.
